All you need is some fish fillets ,in this case i had some cheap fish frozen in my kitchen and i had to find a way of adding some more taste . So i chopped some fresh basil,fresh thyme and rosemary . Then added some garlic paste mixed with olive oil ,salt and covered all fish and set in oven for about 20 min in full temp .
What you need is :
A tin of green peas
2 potatoes
2 carrots
2 red onions
one handful of wholegrain brown rice
chicken breast
1 teaspoon vegetable stock
Boil all together and enjoy with some lemon slices !
I usually use the mari gold bullion powder to coat my chicken fillets . Is gluten and yeast free and doesn't contain artificial preservatives or flavoring .
Make the salad preferably before you roast chicken fillets so all ingredients are infused with all herbs and oils you use for dressing . An absolute tasty light diner !!! Enjoy !
Ingredients :
Boiled quinoa
Red beans
Olives
Yellow pepper
Hemp seeds
Linseeds
Chia seeds
Sunflower seeds
Pumpkin seeds
Pecans
Boil the quinoa until ready ,chop all the fresh ingredients and mix together . Put all the seeds in a fry pan and toss them for 2 min with no oil added and then mix with the rest of salad .
For dressing you can use olive oil ,lemon zest ,vinegar ,salt and cumin .
Is better to leave it for over night so all the flavors are infused together .
