Steamed asparagus with herbs
Boiled egs
Spinach
Rucola
Sweetcorn
Red beans
Cucumber
Red bell Peper
Dressing :
2 tablespoon extra vergine oils
2 tablespoon of vinegar
Fresh chopped herbs
Salt
Lemon zest
